These terms apply to anyone given access to the Weekly Markets Webinar members area at cwdresearchconsulting.com/members ("the Webinar"), provided by CWD Consulting ("CWD", "we", "us"). They sit alongside our general Terms of Use and any subscription agreement or invoice terms agreed with your firm. Where those conflict, the agreement with your firm takes priority.
The Webinar is offered to firms at £1,000 per month, invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. A subscription gives the named individuals we set up for your firm access to each week's recorded webinar and to the archive of past recordings for as long as the subscription is active. Either party can end the subscription at the end of a paid month by giving written notice before the next invoice date.
Access is granted to named individuals at your firm. Please keep your password private and do not share your login, including with colleagues; we are happy to add further named users for your firm on request. For security, each login can be signed in on a limited number of devices at once, and we may suspend access if we see signs that a login is being shared.
The Webinar is for your firm's internal use in its investment and advisory work. You may discuss and draw on the ideas in it with colleagues and in your own client communications, expressed in your own words. You may not record, download, screenshot for redistribution, re-broadcast, upload, sell, or otherwise share the recordings or their slides with anyone outside the named users, and you may not use the content to train or feed automated systems without our written agreement.
The Webinar is general market commentary intended for professional investors. It reflects the views of CWD and Chris Darbyshire at the time of recording, does not take account of the circumstances of any individual or portfolio, and is not a personal recommendation or regulated investment advice. Your firm remains responsible for its own investment decisions and for its regulatory obligations, including how it pays for and records the use of third-party research.
We aim to publish a new recording each week and to keep the members area available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a scheduled webinar cannot be published, we will let you know and agree a fair adjustment with your firm.
We may suspend access if an invoice is unpaid after its due date, or if these terms are breached. Access ends when your firm's subscription ends. We keep a basic record of sign-ins and of which webinars are played, to secure the service and to understand what subscribers find useful; see our Privacy Policy.
All content in the Webinar, including recordings, slides, charts and commentary, belongs to CWD or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright. Nothing in a subscription transfers ownership of it.
To the extent permitted by law, CWD is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the Webinar's content, and our total liability to a subscribing firm in any year is limited to the fees that firm paid for the Webinar in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
